Returns and Refunds Policy

At QuadFloat,The Ultimate Stability Fishing Boat, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and professional experience for each of our wholesale and retail clients. The following policy outlines our terms regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.
General Return Policy
Customers may request a return for any in-stock, non-custom product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Most of our wholesale orders are custom-manufactured, and on backorder to meet the specific requirements of each client. As such, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrives with clear and verifiable manufacturing defects.
Returns for Custom Orders
Made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
In cases where a custom product arrives with a defect:
- The client must report the issue via email to business@quadfloat.com within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- Photographic evidence and a description of the issue must be included.
- Upon approval, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Return Shipping Responsibility
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. QuadFloat, does not reimburse for return shipping fees, nor do we accept returns sent via cash-on-delivery services.
We strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service for all returns. We are not liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
International Returns
We accept international returns only under the following conditions:
- The return must be declared through the same courier service that delivered the original shipment.
- The return package must be clearly marked as “Returned Defective Goods” to avoid customs duties or VAT charges upon arrival in China.
- Any returned packages that generate customs or import fees for QuadFloat,will be rejected unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Clients are fully responsible for ensuring the return complies with their country’s export regulations and customs documentation.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
As an alternative, customers may choose to receive a replacement product or store credit, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
Product Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items reported within 14 days of delivery. After reviewing the submitted evidence, we will arrange a replacement shipment or an alternative solution depending on product availability and customer preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us immediately at business@quadfloat.com. Claims submitted after the 14-day window will not be accepted. Please include order details and supporting photos in your message to help us resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Products
The following types of products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Made-to-order goods
- Items returned after the 14-day notification period
- Products returned without prior authorization
